Use our free gifting service to send someone a special something. We wrap everything in our signature yellow tissue and if it is a gift, we can put some raffia ribbon round the parcel as well to save you the job.
• All barcodes and price labels are removed.
• If you would like to choose a friend’s address for delivery, rest assured that we do not enclose any receipt or invoice information with the parcel. You will get a copy of your invoice on email at time of purchase.
• If you choose to write a personal note, we will handwrite it onto a gift tag and attach it to the parcel.

Delivery zones and prices
All items will be sent using standard Royal Mail to addresses with a UK post code. If you live outside of this area, then please contact us in the shop by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for an individual request and we will do our best to help you.
Postage prices are calculated at checkout by weight to give you the best value for money and start from £2.00 for the smallest items.
We aim to dispatch all items by the next working day after the order is placed and payment taken.
Please ensure the postal address is correct as we cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address that was provided at the time of ordering. We will endeavour to check addresses and postcodes where possible.
You will have the option to choose Special Delivery for your parcel with guaranteed next day delivery from the date of dispatch. This service is also track-able and we will request that certain items are sent using Special Delivery – see individual item descriptions or contact us for more information. Prices start from £6.50.
For heavy items/boxes over 2kg, we will use a courier service, prices start at £8.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us in writing within this time to let us know and send the items back to the shop at Present in the Laine, 34 Gardner street, Brighton, BN1 1UN. Once the goods have been received and inspected for resale condition, which must be perfect, we will issue an exchange or refund as requested. We will not refund shipping costs and we suggest you obtain proof of postage.
Any items received damaged or faulty must be reported immediately by telephone or email. Please send the item back to be issued with a replacement or refund. We will pay for shipping costs in this instance, you must send a copy of proof of postage to us.
